Please Help!! Hair turning weird colors!?

my hair is naturally dark-medium blonde. however for the past 10 years i've always frosted it a really light bright blonde. for the last 2 years i havent done anything to it cause i'm tired of having to deal with it all the time. so i let it grow out. it is now dark-med blonde half way down then the rest is still bright blonde. So I bought hair dye closest to my natural hair color and tryed dyen just the blonde ends which are like 8 inches long or more. Well it turned GREY!! I usesd Lorel' natural medium ash blonde. So I am thinking it was due to it being ash. So I just bought natural blonde with no ash. Will it turn grey again?? How to get it to match the rest of my hair and stop turning grey??? Plz. help! I plan on dying it again in a few minutes. So need answers or advice quick. Thanks

everyones hair reacts differently...

but

reds or golden tones conteract ashes and greens. sooooooo, if you have to stay blonde, i would definatly get a natural....or mabye even a natural golden light blonde or something of that nature....w/ the reds or golds to conteract that gray....becareful...don't go orange. use ur best judgment....either way, it's probably not going to turn anymore gray!! no more ash!!

i dyed my hair the same color but i didnt have any problem cuz my hair is dark...my sister-in-law dyed her hair an ash color a while back and her hair turned grey.....her hair is blonde....when u dye light hair with an ash color, it turns grey...why? i have no idea. but if u got a new color with no ash, it should be fine

You may need to bleach your hair if the new hair color doesn't take but you have to do something so go ahead!

Try dyeing it again or looking up a professinal website and call their number and ask for help?

dont dye ure hair..u'l go bald in like 10 years..its okay once or twice..but not so much that u hide ure natural colour..c ya
