What hair style/cut should i get?

I love the emo/scene look and style, even though people say im to old to dress that way. I want to get some weird layered cut with maybe a black and a deep shade of red. In like a stripe effect. EX. Black, Red, Natural Hair color, Black, Red, Natural Hair color. etc.. etc.. That or get it just highlighted with those colors. But i want my hair longer at least past a nose and even maybe my ears.

You like good as is...why change? I wouldn't do a red dye stripe if your hair is already red...
