My natural hair color is black, but I die it natural black because I have a few white hairs. I would like to die it brown or lite brown and I am not sure if I should bleach it lightly or use a hair color remover.
Please help!!!

You would have to have it bleached, if you don't bleach it the black won't come out fully. And you would probably have to re-dye it the color you want, to get the full look. I had to do this with red hair.

if you've been using boxed do it yourself color you realy need to go t a pro...they will need to do a corective color on you b4 they get it the shade you want. Black is very hary to change... hope this helped.

Black hair is beautiful. I wouldn't color it if I were you. If you need a change of color, buy a wig. If you really want to color your own hair, have it done by a professional hair stylist.
