It totally depends on your skin tone, like if you don't have pale skin then it would look oh so sexy but if you do then people will be able to tell that you dyed your hair.

yes. I did it and it warmed up my skintone and made the color of my eyes look really bright!

I tried it and it didn't work because the dark hair dye didn't take. I think it depends on how healthy your hair is and your complexion anything can work. OR you can end up looking mousy coloured hair like I did. Give it a try anyways there is no harm.

If your hair is like mine then it deepens to a rich brown when it is wet. Take a look in the mirror next time you get out of the shower and see if the color flatters you.
If you hair doesn't reach the shade you are interested in then find a bit of fabric that is, wrap it like a towel over your hair and then check the color.
Or you could have a photo savvy friend try editing a photo of you to change your hair color in it. Keep in mind too that when you change your hair color it will change the colors reflected onto your face.
Now ignoring all the above I think it might be something fun to at least try at least once. :)
