Hair extensions Experiences??

Are hair extensions really damaging to your hair??? Do they brake your hair??? And is it harder to grow your natural hair afterward??? I'm considering HE for Lenght but i'm a little worried even thought i would go to a top notch l.a. salon...and they look so good on celebrites like jessica simpson and britney and eva longoria...pls help???

No hair extensions are not damaging to your hair. What's damaging to the hair is not putting the extension in correctly or not having the extension removed correctly. Look for someone who have experience with extensions .Don't think that everyone who has a license to do hair has done enough extensions to do a good job. extensions just like any hair treatment not done just right can be damaging but if you get the right person to do your extensions put them in and taking them out . Taking them out properly is very important!!!. You can't skimp on the cost of taking them out on time. Make sure you ask when you need to come back to have them removed. This is very important in keeping your hair. So when you decided to go for a new look your hair will not be damaged

i asked my hairdresser and she said that is the WORST thing to do to your hair. you can get them glued in your hair or woven in. it takes a long time to do and once you want them out, just think, they gotta pull them out, probably along with your real hair. i wouldn't do it. i trust my hairdresser and if she says no then i say no

Just say NO to glue!!!!! get a sew in its more expensive but it wont take tour hair out. they braid your hair and sew in the extensions on the braids, still leaving loose unbraided sections, so that it doesnt look fake :D

Why dont you try clip in hair extensions? I bought mine when I was in the U.K. %26amp; they look great. You can also buy them via the Internet if you dont have any beauty salon suppliers in your area. The clips are so small you dont see them in your hair + you can take them out or put them in whenever you want. The real hair extenstions are the best. Also the worst thing you can use on your hair is Henna.

You can get "Human hair extentions" they have little clips that clip in your hair and unclip to take out. They are soooooo easy, they are real hair so it doesn't look fake.

They can also be washed, colored and styled with hot irons!!
